Our primary goal is to create GREAT PRODUCTS, and to make that possible, our UX designers spend time learning about the product’s potential users before building it, to ensure they will have the best experience.
We focus in understanding user’s necessities, goals, motivations, wishes and limitations.
We begin with a User Research phase, that is very important to first identify WHO is going to use our product and we create User Cases to identify WHY and WHEN this users are going to use it.
All this will make possible the creation of Wireframes where we will start building the information architecture of the interface.
Our UI designers bring the interfaces to life by defining a “look and feel” using the Wireframes previously created, as a guide. They define and select a color palette, typefaces, icons, images and all the elements that will live in the interface .
As a final result, we deliver high quality pixel perfect mockups. This means, how the final interface should look like.
We think Quality is part of any healthy development process that should be present from the Requirements Analysis phase through out the Production deployment. Analysts and developers should consider Quality aspects in every single task. In order to help on this process, White Prompt has a team of QA Automation developers who can help, not only defining a test strategy, but as well automating test cases.
We have a great team of Cloud Engineers, DevOps and SysAdmins specialized in Amazon AWS Services. This is clearly the largest and most evolved provider that exists today, with a huge list of services ranging from bare servers to complex orchestration. We’ve been building complete environments with AWS for years now, and we can proudly say our knowledge and experience with this vendor is really extensive.
White Prompt has Technical Project Managers that can help organizing a project. All our PMs are Software Engineers with development backgrounds that have migrated into an organizational role. They are versed in Agile methodologies and are a great nexus between Product Owners and Developers.
